Can you move the pop-up so the help icon isn't under the mouse cursor?

Most times when I hit the shortcut key, the pop-up appears, but it's placed so that the help icon (top left) is right under the mouse cursor. This causes the help panel to open, which obscures the list of clips.

This doesn't always happen, but does more times than not. Is it possible to move the pop-up slightly so this doesn't happen. As someone who uses the keyboard as much as possible, I find it frustrating to have to move my hand to the mouse to push the cursor out of the way so I can see the clips.

Hello,

If there are some problems, please send a report directly from your installed ClipClip app.
To do this, go to the main menu in the main window => "About" => "Report a problem" command.
This report will contain data about your ClipClip version, current monitor resolution, Windows OS version.
These data will help us to reproduce your problem on our computers that can help to fix this bug.

NOTE: Before your report, please try to change the DPI settings for the ClipClip app. Here is a video that demonstrates how to do this directly from the ClipClip app:
