Instead of having to use hotkeys it would be nice if the clip you single click would be copied into clipboard ( Im using ClipClip as a giant fullscreen "clipboard" on my second monitor )

A single click is used in the grid to select a clip.
It will be not a good idea to insert the clip into the clipboard every time the user just makes a clip selection (to delete it or for any other case).
You have to know that the "Auto Paste" action means that the selected clip is inserted into the clipboard, and only after that, it will be pasted in an active application.
If the "Enable instant paste" option is disabled, the selected clip will be inserted into the clipboard only without its pasting.
