You did not provide the necessary information about the ClipClip version you are using to help us to solve this issue.
If there are some problems, please send a report directly from your installed ClipClip version.
To do this, go to the main menu in the main window => "About" => "Report a problem" command.
We will check your log file and ClipClip settings and will reply to you by email.
In any case, you can try to change the DPI settings for the ClipClip app. Here is a video that demonstrates how to do this directly from the ClipClip app:
