Here are a few questions that can help us to solve this problem:

- What does it mean "...it loads..." - do you see ClipClip manager window during its launch?
- Open "Windows Task Manager" - Is there ClipClip.exe in the list on "Processes" tab?
- How many monitors do you use at this moment?
- What antivirus do you use?
- Could you send us your log file? It is located in Windows 7 here - C:\Users\YOUR USER NAME\AppData\Roaming\Vitzo\ClipClip (enter your username in this path)

Thank you for your quick reply.
We tested ClipClip on Win 7/64 bits where Malwarebytes Anti-Malware was installed. The tests were successful.
We analyzed your answers and the results were as follows:
- The data from your log file tells us that ClipClip was running properly and you have already copied something before ClipClip has exited.
We can assume that the following scenario occurs:
When ClipClip was launched, you can see its name in the Windows Task Manager.
- ClipClip on the "Applications" tab;
- ClipClip.exe on the "Processes" tab;
When you copied something into the Windows clipboard, ClipClip has exited.
After that, you do not see its name on the "Applications" tab but you still see "ClipClip.exe" process on the "Processes" tab.
Is this correct?
So, we assume that ClipClip is running in the hidden mode at this moment. It means that ClipClip was minimized into the system tray.
Please check the system tray whether there is the ClipClip icon.
If so, please complete the following steps:
- Right-click on it to open the ClipClip context menu;
- Click the "Configuration..." menu item to open the Configuration window;
- Under the "General" tab, uncheck "Hide window after the clip has been selected" checkbox;
We hope that this will help to solve this issue.

- Good so far!

Done!
Unfortunately still am unable to get ClipClip to open onscreen to enable selection of a clip.
Good news)
If you are able to open the context menu of ClipClip icon in the system tray, this is a positive result.
This context menu contains "Manager..." menu item. Click this menu item to open the ClipClip main window.
Otherwise, double-clicking on ClipClip icon also opens the ClipClip main window.
These actions always work.
P.S. Did you click "Save" button in Configuration window after this action? ==> Under the "General" tab, uncheck "Hide window after the clip has been selected" checkbox;
NOTE: If this did not help, there is only one way to solve your problem. We would like to ask you to send us some specific details about the configuration of ClipClip.

Yes I saved the changes.
Have saved the exported registry settings but I can't see how to attach it to the message.
