What is the Problem

Getting error message :- Could Not Load Clips - \\?\C:\Users\aland\AppData\Local\Vitzo\ClipClip\Latest Clips\ewAzAGMANQBmADYANgA3ADUALQAxAGUAZgBhAC0ANAA3ADcANQAtADkAMgAwADcALQBmADMAMABiAGIAOQBiAGYAZAA0AGIANQB9AA==.html

I have unistalled the Software and re-installed - even deleted all the Clips before I close down - then  deleted Software and reinstalled - still getting the error message.

This is a great piece of software, very productive for me and this is just a minor inconvenience but would like to resolved.

This error means that this file cannot be read.
File path: C:\Users\aland\AppData\Local\Vitzo\ClipClip\Latest Clips\ewAzAGMANQBmADYANgA3ADUALQAxAGUAZgBhAC0ANAA3ADcANQAtADkAMgAwADcALQBmADMAMABiAGIAOQBiAGYAZAA0AGIANQB9AA==.html

This file contains an encrypted content of some latest clip (some data that you copied before). There are several reasons why this error occurs. Probably, the log file has any records about it.

The first way to fix this issue (in this case only broken file will be deleted):
- Open this folder: "C:\Users\aland\AppData\Local\Vitzo\ClipClip\Latest Clips"
- Find this file:
"ewAzAGMANQBmADYANgA3ADUALQAxAGUAZgBhAC0ANAA3ADcANQAtADkAMgAwADcALQBmADMAMABiAGIAOQBiAGYAZAA0AGIANQB9AA==.html"
- Delete this file.

That's all.

Another way to fix it (in this case all latest clips will be deleted):
1) Use "Edit ==> Clear latest clips" command in the main menu;

OR

2)
- Right-click on the "Latest Clips" folder on the left;
- Click "Clear latest clips" menu item in the opened context menu;
