ClipClip is not seeing latest clips

So the past two days I've restarted my laptop and clip clip starts but with no clips in the latest clips view. The ClipClip Latest folder has 273 clips in it but clipclip doesn't seem to load them. This is annoying to say the least and kind of makes the product unusable for me. I'm on Pro 2.4.5515 which I updated to a month ago.

Hello,

The latest clips are clips that are created from recently copied data.
The content of these clips is always loaded in the memory of the ClipClip process to allow you to have fast access to it when it is in use.
When the ClipClip app is closed, all the latest clips are deleted since all objects of the ClipClip process must be disposed while the app exits.
NOTE: The saved clips, clips that are placed in the connected folder, will never be deleted automatically while the app exits.
To keep the latest clips and use them in the next ClipClip session, there was added the "Auto save latest clips on exit" option.
If this option is enabled (checked), the latest clips are stored as encoded files (because they are private data) in this folder on your computer:
C:\Users\YOUR_USERNAME\AppData\Local\Vitzo\ClipClip\Latest Clips
As a result, during its launch, the ClipClip app loads the latest clips from this folder and you see them in the grid of the main window.
...
The latest clips are stored on the hard drive as encrypted files to not allow other users (who use this computer) to review the content of these files.
To encode these latest clips, the ClipClip app uses some data from your current Windows OS and some specific code from .NET Framework.
We checked your log file (that was automatically attached to your report) and found that it contains records that describe errors when RTF files could not be loaded since their format was invalid (Error message: File format is not valid).
You can review this log file that is stored in this folder on your computer:
C:\Users\YOUR_USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Vitzo\ClipClip
...
SUMMARY:
Most likely, your Windows OS or .NET Framework was updated and this affected some specific data that is used to decrypt the latest clips.
As a result, your latest clips that were created from copied RTF data could not be loaded in the ClipClip app and were deleted as broken files.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Best Regards,
Vitzo Team.
