App not starting

Hi there, 

I'm not sure if I am misunderstanding the software or how it works but I cannot seem to figure out how to open this app, running the shortcut does nothing, running it from program files does nothing.None of the shortcuts open any menu. I have this installed on 3 different Windows 10 PC's and the app does not lunch on either. Ticking the Lunch box after reinstalling simply opens a browser tab. Tried opening as Admin and still nothing. Disabled my Anti Virus and still nothing. I get no error code or message it simply does not open.

Seem to be lost here.

Good news)
A new installer (v. 2.1.3383) is available on the website. It contains corrections for these bugs.

NOTE: Save the latest and saved necessary clips before these steps.

Please follows these steps:
- Close the ClipClip app if it is running.
- Manually uninstall the current ClipClip version on your computer (use "Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Programs and Features").
- Download the ClipClip 2.1.3383 from the website (https://www.clipclip.com) and install it.

If you want to install the ClipClip app as if it is its first installation, you have to delete the old data and settings, that were created by the previous ClipClip app, before a new installation.

1) Delete these folders:
- Delete this folder if it exists: "C:\Users\YOUR_USERNAME\Documents\ClipClip" - contains the saved clips;
- Delete this folder if it exists: "C:\Users\YOUR_USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Vitzo\ClipClip" - contains the log file with errors;
- Delete this folder if it exists: "C:\Users\YOUR_USERNAME\AppData\Local\Vitzo\ClipClip" - contains the latest clips, pinned clips, additional settings;

2) Remove all data from the Windows Registry that was created by ClipClip app to use them during the next start:
- Open this key: "Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Vitzo\ClipClip"
On the left side, right-click on the "ClipClip" subkey and click the "Delete" menu item in the context menu.

3) Download the ClipClip 2.1.3383 from the website (https://www.clipclip.com) and install it.

Unfortunately, this is a problem with the setup file since it is configured as for all previous ClipClip versions. But now, its settings should be a bit changed according to new Windows updates.
We have already successfully tested a new installer. After a few days, you can download it from the clipclip.com website.
