Program freezing apon double click of a html entry
Love this prog so much. So hope I figure this out
My apologies if my response may have been a bit abrasive. There was no indication that the log would be included automatically with the apps built in report feature. I really had no use for the HTML format anyway, so I just changed my entries to a txt format. I have properly sent my report as directed for you for your evaluation.
Thank you for your great support
Hi Rick
Unfortunately, you did not understand me correctly.
Your first message "Program freezing apon double click of a html entry" contains too little information to make some corrections.
I just asked you to send us a report directly from the ClipClip app.
NOTE: You may not enter information in this report, just send it.
This report automatically will contain some additional information about your Windows OS, installed .NET Frameworks, log file, etc. that can help us to solve your problem.
So just send this report without any additional difficulties on your part)
Best Regards,
Vitzo Team.
Um yeah🤔. I don't think I will be compiling that detailed info unless you might want to pay me as a part of your staff. I suppose I should consider your automated response better then no response. You must know that the majority of your general users will, or cannot depending on Tech experience.
The script in your program is crashing and unstable when manipulating HTML.
Using latest Windows 10 version.
If that isn't enough for you to go on to troubleshoot your software, ,, .. I think you understand what direction that is going.🤓
Seriously love the app though, as long as I keep HTML out of the equation.😎
I'll send the log regardless in hopes it might help the community🤓😎
