Does ClipClip support the option of also auto saving screenshots to a specified folder?

I am running the latest version and have specified this folder under Options->Configuration->Screenshots but it is not saving screenshots in that folder.

Hello,

In the Configuration window, on the "Screenshot" tab, you can set two folders to save the GIF images or MP4 videos.
These folders can be placed anywhere on the hard disk.
These folders should not be connected to the ClipClip app since the GIF images or MP4 videos are not recognized as clips and as a result, cannot be loaded in the ClipClip app.
The ClipClip app creates clips from the copied data that were placed in the clipboard after the "Copy" action.
The list of clip types that you can create: TEXT, UNICODE, CSV, RTF, HTML, IMAGE, FILE (file paths of copied files).
All these data types can be inserted into the clipboard to paste them in any document. GIF image or MP4 video cannot be inserted into the clipboard so they cannot be used in the ClipClip app later as clips.
Regarding the simple screenshots, the ClipClip app creates the latest clips from them in the Latest Clips folder.
These clips are real images with the "*.png" file extension - so you can insert them into the clipboard to paste in any document.
If you want to save these IMAGE clips (screenshots) in any folder, just move them using the Drag-and-Drop operation or use the "Save as.." command in their context menu.

After that, you can use them as saved clips that never be lost, unlike the latest clips which can be automatically removed if many new latest clips were created.
The old latest clips will be removed when the new latest clips are created if the limit has been reached - check the "Maximum latest clips stored' option in the Configuration window on the "Content" tab (you can increase/decrease this value).

NOTE: You can create images in any Image Editor (for example, Paint) and save these images in the folder that is connected to the ClipClip app to use these images as clips.

Best Regards,
Vitzo Team.
