Use shortcuts to paste most recently copied items without opening ClipClip's interface?

I'm looking for a Windows clipboard manager (CM) with the following feature for my Windows-using colleagues, and I've yet to find one.  I'm wondering if ClipClip will fit the bill.   [I use a Mac, and many of the CM's for it already have this feature.]

Without having to open the CM's interface (the CM would of course have to be running, to capture the copy history), I'd like to be able to paste from among the 10 most recently copied items using shortcuts.

E.g., if I wanted to paste entries nos. 1, 2, and 10 from the clipboard history (where "1" is the most recent), I'd like to be able to select the destination with my mouse, depress some some key or key combo (e.g., Win-Alt), and then just hit 1, 2, and 0 in succession. [I don't want the key binding to release after I press the first number, i.e., I want to be able to keep Win-Alt (or whatever the key or key combo is) depressed and then hit 1, 2, and 0.]

[I'd also like it to be able to paste screenshots as well as text, and to persistently store the last 1,000 copied items (persistently = not be lost when the machine reboots).]

BTW, I mention the key binding because it is an issue with Ditto that is non-correctable.  See:  Ditto key binding

Hello,

Firstly, please review the video that demonstrates a few ways of a clip inserting:

You can paste a clip from the Paste menu using just the keyboard.
For example,
- Press the CTRL+SHIFT+V to open the Paste Menu;
- Press any number to paste the clip with this number;
Take a look at the screenshot:

If the "Auto save latest clips on exit" option is enabled (Configuration window - general tab), the latest clips will be loaded during the next session.
NOTE: The latest clips are not permanent.
If their limit has been reached, a newly created clip will be added to the "Latest Clips" collection - the last clip is removed automatically.
To save the latest clips as permanent clips (files) - make them "saved clips".
To do this, move the necessary latest clips to any connected saved folder.
In this case, these clips will be available until you remove them manually.
Here are some examples that demonstrate these actions:
