Why clipclip.exe uses csc.exe?

I noticed that clipclip.exe uses csc.exe to compile some C# DLLs. What is this used for?

Hello,

We implemented a new feature that has to be extended in the future.
While the ClipClip app launches, it compiles files that contain code for actions.
NOTE: These files with code are placed in this folder on your computer:
C:\Users\YOUR_USERNAME\AppData\Local\Vitzo\ClipClip\CopyMenu Actions

You can use actions by pressing the CTRL+SHIFT+A key combination to open the "Actions Menu" to apply any action for the selected clip or for the selected data in the document.
In the future, the users will be able to create/update/delete these files to create new actions or update existing ones for their needs.
