App doesn't start after installation

I recently downloaded the latest version of the app, but it won't start and gives no error messages or so.

I didn't find the app process in task manager so I went for 'Event Viewer' and found that I have 2 errors.

- I downloaded the app through the official clipclip.com website.
- I'm using app version 2.4.54874.
- My windows version is 10 pro 22H2, and it's a fresh install.

Hello,

Please check whether the ClipClip app is running in the Task Manager - find the 'ClipClip' process.
If so, most likely, the ClipClip app is displayed on the screen with incorrect coordinates - that means that it is invisible to you.
In this case, uninstall the ClipClip app using the Control Panel - during this process, click the 'Yes' button to delete all ClipClip settings.
After that, install the ClipClip app again.
If the ClipClip process does not exist in the Task Manager, maybe the ClipClip app cannot be launched for some reason.
In this case, open the 'Event Viewer' on the 'Windows Logs => Application' tab and find the errors for the ClipClip app.
After that, if you found some information, add it here.

Hello,

Could you describe your problem in more detail?
For example,
- Where did you download the ClipClip installer? (Use the clipclip.com website).
- Which did you install the ClipClip version? (The last published version is ClipClip Pro 2.4.5874).
- What is the version of your Windows OS? (Must be Windows 10 or 11).

Best Regards,
Vitzo Team.
