I may be doing something wrong here, but I have just downloaded ClipClip and I was quite impressed with the layout etc. My first 2 clips copied into ClipClip fine ... and after that ... nothing. Nothing else seemed to transfer at all. I may be misunderstanding something, but if so, what?

Settings that can limit the creation of the latest clips (by their type/size/file extension) are only in one place:
Configuration window => "Content" tab => "Filter" group box.
Two days ago, we have made some changes in the code where the latest clips are created. At this moment, it is being tested on different computers. If the tests are successful, you get these corrections soon.
In addition, you can send us your log file that is located in this folder:
C:\Users\YOUR_USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Vitzo\ClipClip
Its name is similar to this one: "log (ClipClip Pro 2.1.2528).txt"

I will try to help you by listing several scenarios when ClipClip ignores the newly copied data:
1) First of all, check if "Toggle clipboard monitor" menu item is checked in the main menu of the Manager window (Options => Toggle clipboard monitor). This item must be selected.
2) The second solution is a check of the settings in the Configuration window. Open the Configuration window - the main menu => Options => Configuration...;
On the "Content" tab:
- In the "Filter" group, check 3 main checkboxes to include all types of clips;
- Uncheck the checkboxes to limit sizes;
- In the "Latest Clips" group, enter 10 and 10 in the fields;
Click "Save" button to save new changes.
After that, copy any selected text from any web page.
As the result, a new clip must be created from copied data and added to Latest Clips folder in ClipClip application.

Hi Vitzo Team,
I have a similar issue. Copy seems to only randomly add clips to my latest clips.
It seems to be only with text, screen shots are fine.
If I use ctrl+c or right click copy its still hit and miss.
It isn't when copying from any particular application.
It isn't any particular length of text.
I have followed these settings except I have use 30 and 30 instead of 10 and 10, would this make a difference?
Can you suggest any further troubleshooting or let me know when to find the log files?
