Thanks for making great app, it really helps me a lot.

In the Configuration window, I found 'Files that will be loaded as saved clips' dropdown menu in Content tab, but I have no idea what this is.

How this option works? For example, what happens, if I check .jpg box? 

Actually, I've already checked some boxes and observed, but I haven't noticed any difference. And I also tried Googling but couldn't find anything about it.

Could you please explain about this setting?

I have saved several formatted text lines in Word and then I am pasting to another Word doc and the font changes. Why wont it paste in the same format it was copied? I have checked paste setting... and have them at 'Keep source formatting' Please help

I would like to propose a feature that would make ClipClip even more powerful for multilingual users. I envision having an organised folder with subfolders within ClipClip containing the entire alphabet, with individual clips for each accented character. Each clip would be named according to the character and its origin—for example, à : French accented a. The clip itself would only past the à.

This would make it easy for designers to save theme colours in ClipClip.

Hi, after the latest update, images/screenshots are not being pasted correctly. They get uploaded in some 'binary' format on Slack, and any other app is unable to process the image file as well. 

Saving them to a file works. But the one on the clipboard gets pasted weirdly and hence is not processed. 

I can't paste them to Google Docs, ChatGPT, Claude, Slack, anywhere. 

I've been using ClipClip for years now and it's worked great till the last update. Please check and fix this; it's a critical functionality for me. I have to look for alternatives until then.

I am trying to add a OneDrive Shortcut which been shared to me by a friend, however everytime I try to import the shortcut I get the error message "This folder type is not supported"

I deleted a few items from the clipboard, can I bring them back? :/

Hello, I am a user who really loves clipclip. Is there a way to batch change RTF format to text? Or is there a way to fix it so that it only copies in text format? That feature is absolutely necessary. Any help would be appreciated

I have updated several computers to version 2.4.5874, and they have a big bug. The key combinations stop working. So the software loses all its functionality.

I recently downloaded the latest version of the app, but it won't start and gives no error messages or so.

Clipclip is unusable, fresh install, recognizes the saved clips folder in the main app but when ctrl+shift + v the message Primary folder : no clip appears instead of the context menu. v2.4.2574

I keep receiving this warning:

1) STATUS: WARNING Title: The folder does not exist. Content: C:\Users\USER\Documents\ClipClip\Saved Clips Content type: TEXT

After reading Yaroslav 's answer in this post: STATUS: WARNING Title: The folder does not exist, I think I understand why, but I want to make sure.

If I understand correctly, Documents\ClipClip\Saved Clips is not found because (for me) it exists on OneDrive:

C:\Users\USER\OneDrive\Documents\ClipClip\Saved Clips

Is this correct?

Hi, may I ask what your business model is? Clip clip seems to be free and has no ads. How do you fund the development? I'm just courious because the project doesnt seem to be open source.

I'm enjoying the app so far but wanted to see if there's a possibility of adding in the option send the clipboard content via paste or by typing it out (for text content). One of the apps I use for work uses a different shortcut than Ctrl + v to paste within the app. It would be very helpful, as I currently would have to use the ClipClip shortcut, then use the other app's shortcut to paste data.

Hello, whenever I use the ctrl+alt+f hotkey nothing happens.  And I don't understand how I'm supposed to use it. 

-Do I use it instead of the regular paste shortcut? 

-Do I use it before I paste or after I paste? 

-Do I use it only in the ClipClip editor?
