We have to know the ClipClip version that you use.
In addition, please send the report directly from your ClipClip app.
To do this, go to the main menu => "Help => click the "Report a problem" command => In the "Report a problem" dialog, enter your question.
NOTE: This report will be placed on our internal ClipClip Support website.
This report will contain ClipClip settings, Windows settings, and the current monitor resolutions.
