Why does the font change when pasting?

I have saved several formatted text lines in Word and then I am pasting to another Word doc and the font changes. Why wont it paste in the same format it was copied? I have checked paste setting... and have them at 'Keep source formatting'

Hello,

Unfortunately, you did not provide us with any helpful information about your problem. For example:
- What the Windows OS do you use?
- What the ClipClip version do you use?
- What Word application do you use (MS Office version)?
- What did you copy as the formatted text - tables, lists, topics, etc.?
- Did you use the same Word application?
...
So as a result, we cannot test your issue properly without such information.
