"Enable instant paste" option

what exactly does this do (if turned on via the context menu in the system tray).  couldn't find anything in the documentation.

Hi Gwa000

When you select some clip, its content is inserted into the clipboard.
After that, you can paste this content anywhere you need using CTRL+V hotkeys or "Paste" command from the context menu.
If "Enable instant paste" option is enabled, and the cursor is placed in the edit filed, the content of the selected clip will be inserted into this field automatically.

This feature can be used when you use the Paste Menu or when you select some clip from the grid.
