How to stop recurring popup

I keep getting a popup that says "Did you know that ClipClip can translate clips on the fly, etc." This has been going on for a year or so. How can I get it to stop?

Hello,

- Uncheck the "Show feature notifications" option in the Configuration window on the "General" tab.
- Click the "Save" button to save new changes.
- That's all.
