Sometimes cannot copy from editor after annotation

Somewhat frequently when I make annotations in the editor and try to copy the annotated image, when I paste, it pastes the unannotated image.  I am using Beta 2.2.4358 on Windows 10.

Hello,

Could you describe some steps to help us reproduce this problem on our computers?
Alternatively, you would make a video that demonstrates this problem and share it.
