Clip Clip not reliable on laptop

I have Clip Clip installed on my desktop computer and on my laptop. Desktop works like a dream. But Dell Laptop does not copy reliably, especially email addresses. But I will also copy other snippets and Clip Clip will not remember some of them. I use the same workflow for desktop and laptop but yet laptop doesn't work well. Ideas? Thanks, Doug

Let's try to solve your issue.
There are several options that can affect the creation of the latest clips. Please check all of them:
- Main window: The main menu > Options > "Enable clipboard monitor" option should be enabled;
- Configuration window: "Content" tab > "Filter" group >
a) Enable these checkboxes: "Include text in Latest Clips", "Include images in Latest Clips", "Include files in Latest Clips".
b) Disable/uncheck these checkboxes: "Exclude text clips larger than", "Exclude image larger than".
That's all. Click the "Save" button to save new changes.

If these settings will not help you, please send us the log file of the ClipClip app. Maybe it contains any errors that will help us solve your problem. The folder that contains this file:
"C:\Users\YOUR_USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Vitzo\ClipClip"
Its name may be similar to this - "log (ClipClip Pro 2.1.2045).txt"
In addition, provide us some information about your notebook: Windows OS, localization, etc.
