Every time I sign on I get a message that there's another upgrade. However, when I click to upgrade nothing happens. What a mess! How much more annoying can you make your system?

I don't want something that constantly asks me to upgrade. Fix it. I am not interested in being your beta test UNLESS YOU PAY ME!

Latest version will not run. Can you provide a link to previous version please.

Just starting with ClipClip (W10) - thanks for a great utility.  Still exploring (does the manual referenced on the website exist??) but one issue. 

I hit Ctrl-Shift-V and the ClipClip window opens.  I move the mouse to the stored clips line, and the arrow that calls up the folder list.  Sometimes the list appears right alongside the arrow, sometimes elsewhere (like on the far corner of the screen), sometimes low down so that only some of the folders are visible, sometimes not at all(probably off-screen).

Am I doing something silly??

The yes no buttons do not show in the bottom of the settings box.

Can I copy a certain portion of the screen and save it as an image or have the portion of the screen in the clipboard to paste into a document or email?

There doesn't seem to be any way to close the Configuration window except ALT+F4 which doesn't apply changes, so essentially no configuration changes can be made.

Hi. I've just downloaded ClipClip to try out.  When I run the .exe. file I get an error message "We apologize! / Cannot obtain configuration.  Error code 3." I'm on Win 8.1

In editing a script for a training program I need to make comments or questions on the script. Many of these are frequently used. ClipClip to the rescue! It has a list of the last n number of copied things and inserts the item I tell it. Over and over, with no complaints. No stress -- it's all there. And I can save the list of clips for other projects. I donated to the developers for a job well done.

I have multiple Windows computers and have been searching for months for a clipboard manager that shares clips via the cloud. Just yesterday I stumbled across your app. This morning I installed it on a second PC and my needs have been answered! Writers in the tech community are doing a poor job of showcasing the features of your excellent application. I had previously tried many of their recommendations with great disappointment.

clipclip is amazing.. love it. My only gripe is that when you first install it you're given the option to donate. I didn't want to because I hadn't tried it yet. However, now that I have tried it I want to donate but can't find an option within the program or on the website anywhere. I feel that you're probably missing out on donations because it's not encouraged much more than just before you install the software.

Upon installing the latest 1.0.990 version of ClipClip, Trend Micro reports the software as ransomware.

It first identifies the file: "C:\Program Files (x86)\ClipClip\is-CEF1O.tmp" as threat "Ransom_CRYPTEAR.SM". You can read their description here: https://www.trendmicro.com/vinfo/us/threat-encyclopedia/malware/ransom_cryptear.b

Then, as ClipClip continues to work, it also reports the following:

• "C:\Program Files (x86)\ClipClip\ClipClip.Clouds.dll" as "HEU_CDPLC016"
• "C:\Users\machine\AppData\Local\Temp\is-7KO1I.tmp\cliC3FF.tmp.tmp" as "HEU_CDPLC004"
• "C:\Program Files (x86)\ClipClip\ClipClip.Common.dll" as "Ransom_CRYPTEAR.SM"

With this many triggers, it definitely makes your ClipClip program look suspicious. Trend Micro automatically removes the application and therefore the user is no longer able to use the program.
