Hello. Clip Clip is no longer responding since the last update. Any recommendation?

Hello,

The last updates cannot affect ClipClip responding.
Most likely, some options are disabled and the ClipClip app ignores the creation of the latest clips.
For example, the "main menu => Options => Enable the clipboard monitor" option has to be enabled.
If you are not able to find the solution for this issue, you can remove all saved settings of the ClipClip app.
To do this:
- Close the ClipClip app if it is running;
- Open Windows Registry and open this key:
Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Vitzo\ClipClip
- Delete the active key "ClipClip" as this is described in the screenshot (click this link):

- Run the ClipClip app;
NOTE: Connect necessary saved folders that were connected to the ClipClip app before.

Thank you for provided report.
We need more details about the issue.
Were there any issues during an installation of a the update?
Is the main application window displayed after launch?
Can you use any controls in the main application window (menus, navigation tree and etc.)?
Could you check "C:\Users\{your user name}\AppData\Roaming\Vitzo\ClipClip" folder and send us any log files if exist?
Could you record a video to demonstrate scenario how to reproduce the issue?
