Error crash report message

Since installing ClipClip, every time my windows 10 pc restarts, I get this message, which I'm thinking might be from ClipClip because of the .cc part in the error message.

[0426/232029.792:ERROR:crash_report_database_win.cc(428)] unexpected header

Sorry! I noticed it after I installed clip clip and then I saw the .cc, and, in my ignorance, umped to the conclusion.

These errors are not created by the ClipClip app.
