The yes no buttons do not show in the bottom of the settings box.

Just starting with ClipClip (W10) - thanks for a great utility.  Still exploring (does the manual referenced on the website exist??) but one issue. 

I hit Ctrl-Shift-V and the ClipClip window opens.  I move the mouse to the stored clips line, and the arrow that calls up the folder list.  Sometimes the list appears right alongside the arrow, sometimes elsewhere (like on the far corner of the screen), sometimes low down so that only some of the folders are visible, sometimes not at all(probably off-screen).

Am I doing something silly??

Every time I sign on I get a message that there's another upgrade. However, when I click to upgrade nothing happens. What a mess! How much more annoying can you make your system?

I don't want something that constantly asks me to upgrade. Fix it. I am not interested in being your beta test UNLESS YOU PAY ME!

I love (LOVE!) your application/tool. However, after installing the recent update I now can no longer use it as a dialog appears with "ClipClip has stopped working".

After remove and reinstalling the older version, I get the same error.

I'm trying to move clips from the latest clips to the Saved clips folder but nothing is moving.  I just get a scrolling circle and nothing moves.  I tried restarting my system but that didn't work.  I'm using               Windows 10 64bit 

Could not load clips. They might be empty or in use by another program.

My guess is that it's trying to load the 5 clips I have saved in a OneDrive folder, and that OneDrive hasn't yet completed startup. I'm currently in Northern India (for next 7 weeks or so) and internet here is very laggy. Some locations have ping times of .2 to .4 seconds.

Doesn't seem to be a way to upload images, only fetch from URLs, and it won't fetch from a Dropbox URL either, apparently. So, here's my Dropbox url to the image:

Hi,

Working on a word document with tables and table of content section. If I highlight the text( inc tables, sections etc.) I get the copied noise. If  I then paste with formatting, I only get a single word.

If I do a copy (ctrl + C) it will then be stored correctly

After I have cleared / deleted clips, If I click refresh clips, it pulls in a few of those that I have deleted.

I installed clip clip, wan't a huge fan (sorry) and then uninstalled (Windows 10 pro).

Even though the app is going, the CTRL+SHIFT+V function still brings up the clipclip method of pasting.  

How can I get rid of that function?

There is a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark over the ClipClip notification area icon.

What can I do to fix this issue?

Hello again, I just sent a description of discovering that no encrypted data is being saved in Users/my name/appdata/local/Vitzo/ClipClip.  I said I found some logs with error codes and warnings but didn't know how to attach them.  Instead, I've copied the most recent one (from a few days ago) and am pasting it below. Hi,

I’m trying to install ClipClip on my Windows 7 machine. The installation completes but I get an error message with the heading "Oooops!" "Use this form to send a detailed report which helps us troubleshoot the issue" immediately after launching. I've sent the report, but there's no info in the error screen to let me know what may be causing this.

I’ve tried uninstalling and re-installing several times but have the same error window.

I’ve also tried manually deleting the ClipClip folder in C:\Program Files (x86)\ClipClip and re-installing.

I have Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7.1 installed.

I installed the latest version of ClipClip when I was not connected to my company network.  I have folder redirection enabled and it errored out when I selected the default save locations.  The install finished and now when I open it it errors out immediately.  I've already uninstalled with Revo uninstaller, rebooted, and tried reinstalling it.  Same issue.  No prompt to pick location for saving clips.  Please advise.

I can copy/paste Japanese normally through a whole day but, after I restart my computer everyday all the clips from the previous days get all garbled. I'm on Windows 7.

I have Clip Clip installed on my desktop computer and on my laptop. Desktop works like a dream. But Dell Laptop does not copy reliably, especially email addresses. But I will also copy other snippets and Clip Clip will not remember some of them. I use the same workflow for desktop and laptop but yet laptop doesn't work well. Ideas? Thanks, Doug
