I can copy/paste Japanese normally through a whole day but, after I restart my computer everyday all the clips from the previous days get all garbled. I'm on Windows 7.

ive get a folder redirection enabled and realised it messed up the installation for clipclip. But after a reinstall i cant see where or what is preventing it from working. the log error im getting is:

I have Clip Clip installed on my desktop computer and on my laptop. Desktop works like a dream. But Dell Laptop does not copy reliably, especially email addresses. But I will also copy other snippets and Clip Clip will not remember some of them. I use the same workflow for desktop and laptop but yet laptop doesn't work well. Ideas? Thanks, Doug

Hello after getting the most recent update, I can not start up clipclip, every time i try it says clipclip has stopped working and i would like to uninstall it to do a fresh install but it has some copied items I would like to keep so if I can get pointed to where I might back that up to do a fresh install that would be very helpful and here is the error message.

OS - Win 10 64 bit

Was working fine on Win 7 64 bit , but stopped working on WIn 10 64 bit  - as i remember did work the first time !! And never again . . .never throws any message gets killed w/o showing up any error message

I just installed ClipClip on Windows 10. The application does not start upon clicking it. (It does not run in the background either)

This only happens when copying from excel. If I copy I can paste into something else unless I first save the document. If I save after pasting, I can continue to paste as long as I've first pasted outside of excel, but if I copy and then save, there is nothing in the clipboard to paste even though what I just copied shows up in the clipboard history. This did not happen when using another clipboard manager like ClipX or when using no clipboard manager.

Hi, ever since I've updated ClipClip I have started to receive the following error everytime I boot my computer:

STATUS: ERROR Title: Illegal characters in path. Content: Undefined Content type: TEXT

I highly believe the cause is because my Computer UI is not in English, (UTF-8 or Unicode support might be required). Can you fix this issue please? 

I have downloaded ClipClip onto two new computers and it won't load up on either.

It has installed, but there seems to be no way to open the program.

I've tried running as administrator. I've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it.

The laptops are brand new Lenovos running Windows 10 Home. I have downloaded ClipClip onto several other laptops of the same type over the last few months without a problem.

I installed the application properly. but I get a stopped error when I try to run it. I couldn't run the application.

Updates are unable to complete because ClipClip cannot not be closed by the install. It connot be closed manually once the update is launched either. A workaround is to close ClipClip via End Task in Task Manager once the install is launched, then it will continue successfully.

I started using ClipClip a few weeks ago and like it so far. However, I've come across an annoying problem I can't seem to fix.

Every time I reboot my computer, most or all of my Pinned Clips disappear. I re-add them and can use them during that session, but they'll disappear after another reboot. 

This is obviously frustrating, as having to re-add pinned clips I use regularly is a waste of time.

I see that this was addressed about 10 months ago in another support thread. However, I'm using the latest version of ClipClip (2.1.3069) and this is

Clipclip is causing the cut and paste / drag and drop functions in office (Excel) to fail due to locked clip board.

I removed clip clip and the functionality returned correctly in office

Thanks for the excellent program. In the Options, Under General, I selected "Sound notification on new clip" but when I press Control-C to copy some text. My speakers and sounds work OK. Thanks.

I am finding that the facility to hold down the Shift key whilst clicking the clip, so as to post as Text Only, does not work.  Nothing gets pasted.

ClipClip version 2.1.3579 crashes within two minutes of opening, I don't even have to do any of the functions of the program. It crashes without warning.

Love this prog so much. So hope I figure this out

My Pinned clips (C:\Users\$MY_USER$\AppData\Local\Vitzo\ClipClip\Favorite Clips) are deleted every time I restart my computer.

I have already checked "Auto save lastest clips on exit".
