Hello after getting the most recent update, I can not start up clipclip, every time i try it says clipclip has stopped working and i would like to uninstall it to do a fresh install but it has some copied items I would like to keep so if I can get pointed to where I might back that up to do a fresh install that would be very helpful and here is the error message.

I am evaluating this software and these are the problems I am having:

(1)  There is no way to paste multiple items from the paste menu (major problem)

(2) Each time I paste an item from the paste menu that item is added to the paste menu list again AND to the latest clips list.  If this is intended behavior this is quite strange.

Please make it possible that the manager and configuration can be run from the paste menu and that we can assign custom shortcut to open the paste menu, which would require only one hand with a quick action

(Ditto is using Ctrl+` which is very quick and doesn’t require both hands!)

Also that we can save clips from the paste menu

Windows make it easy to assign shortcut keys, aka hotkeys.  If you built a command option to ClipClip, we would also get keyboard shortcuts automatically.  If "ClipClip.exe 1", for example, would paste whatever was the first paste option, I could assign that command to Ctrl-Alt-1 and have a hotkey to paste often-used stuff like signatures.

When I rename a clip to give it a meaningful title the clip type is added to the title like a file extension to a file name. What is the point of that when there is a separate column listing the clip type? Is there a way to avoid the addition of the clip type?

When I change the clip type after having renamed the clip, the name disappears and I have to rename the clip again. This looks like a bug.

Otherwise I am very happy with the program. It is the best of the many free clipboard managers

what exactly does this do (if turned on via the context menu in the system tray).  couldn't find anything in the documentation.

I have Clip Clip installed on my desktop computer and on my laptop. Desktop works like a dream. But Dell Laptop does not copy reliably, especially email addresses. But I will also copy other snippets and Clip Clip will not remember some of them. I use the same workflow for desktop and laptop but yet laptop doesn't work well. Ideas? Thanks, Doug

have options set up for 150 maximum clips store and 25 in the context menu.

currently have 32 clips stored.

did a Crtl-Shift-V and 25 show up (as expected) but below the 25th clip the "scroll to view other clips" is grayed out.  looks like the intent is to be able to scroll through the clips being stored.

is this a bug or is there something i am doing wrong?

ive get a folder redirection enabled and realised it messed up the installation for clipclip. But after a reinstall i cant see where or what is preventing it from working. the log error im getting is:

How do i drag/drop a clip into a Word document

I tried CTR + A to select all and it did not work  , how can I select all in order to paste 

In a save file dialog I tried using ClipClip to construct the filename of two stored clips. But the second paste overwirtes the first one.

How can I do that?

I can copy/paste Japanese normally through a whole day but, after I restart my computer everyday all the clips from the previous days get all garbled. I'm on Windows 7.

I installed the latest version of ClipClip when I was not connected to my company network.  I have folder redirection enabled and it errored out when I selected the default save locations.  The install finished and now when I open it it errors out immediately.  I've already uninstalled with Revo uninstaller, rebooted, and tried reinstalling it.  Same issue.  No prompt to pick location for saving clips.  Please advise.

I’m trying to install ClipClip on my Windows 7 machine. The installation completes but I get an error message with the heading "Oooops!" "Use this form to send a detailed report which helps us troubleshoot the issue" immediately after launching. I've sent the report, but there's no info in the error screen to let me know what may be causing this.

I’ve tried uninstalling and re-installing several times but have the same error window.

I’ve also tried manually deleting the ClipClip folder in C:\Program Files (x86)\ClipClip and re-installing.

I have Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7.1 installed.

its good but every time i try a new app for replace ClipX, something missing! color picker, windows folders support, lightwheigt and other stuff... its perfect but last update in 2005!
